Tettegouche State Park
Meet the park naturalist at the Tettegouche Camp Parking Lot on Lax Lake Road before 1 pm for a guided 1.7 mile hike (one way) into historic Tettegouche Camp. We?ll tour the Camp and talk a little of its history and of the characters involved in the early years of the Camp. Dress appropriately for the weather and bring water and snacks for the hike. This hike will be cancelled if the air temperature is below -15 F at the time of the hike. | |

The first 15 people to turn in a completed entry will receive a Hot Reads magnet. The grand prize will be a one-night stay donated by Larsmont Cottages, the perfect spot to curl up and be cozy! The teen theme is also ?Hot Reads for Cold Nights.? Three grand prizes are available this year, each of which contain gift cards to fun stores. Open to anyone in Lake County, Men, Age 18+ to play basketball pick up games. It's located in the Minnehaha Elementary School Gym. Organized by a community resident, to offer an affordable activity for men in the community. We ask for a suggested donation of $5 per night but don't let that stop you from playing. Current community sponsors include The City of Two Harbors, PureDriven, and some community residents. All skill levels welcome. Simply show up at the Minnehaha Elementary School gym at 7:15 pm every Tuesday night and join the fun. Please bring appropriate shoes for the gym floor. | |
