Join us for Date Night at the Winery! We are open late on Thursdays, so grab your date and come down to the winery for music from 6-8 p.m.


This week the music will be by Gordon Thorne and Friends. Gordon picked up a guitar 30 years ago and hasn?t put it down since. He spent years mining early American blues and jazz, blending them with his own style, and serves up what he calls, ?the modern sounds of yesterday ? today?. Known as the meanest fingerpicker in Northern Minnesota it is where he spends his time working, raising kids and playing a little guitar.

This is our 2nd Annual Vintage Snowmobile ride that goes from Hugo's Bar to the Pequaywan Inn. There is a bonfire just off the trail halfway to Pequaywan Inn to warm up and visit.

Split Rock Lighthouse State Park location
Join us for an evening outdoors at Split Rock Lighthouse State Park on Saturday, February 4th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Begin at the Trail Center and follow the glowing luminaries as you hike or snowshoe to Day Hill.

Enjoy the beauty of the land and water on this two mile round trip self-guided hike. A bonfire and marshmallows await visitors partway through the trail. Enjoy the views along the shoreline. Enjoy a hot beverages and snack at the Trail Center.

The trail is 2 miles in length. Majority of the trail is suitable for beginner-level snowshoers or hikers of all ages. A portion of the trail to Day Hill includes a short steep hill section. Call 218-595-7625 for information about the availability of rental equipment.

We have teamed up with Trivia Mafia to bring you the greatest Tuesday night trivia on the North Shore! Starting January 23rd, we will be hosting Trivia Mafia from 6-8pm. It's completely free and you can win prizes (and beer)!

If you're new to the game, here are a couple of things you should know about Trivia Mafia:
• There’s no cost to play, it’s totally free!
• Our trivia events are designed for teams of 1-6 people so get together a crew of your brainiest friends and win some great prizes
• Trivia events last about an hour and a half
• Prizes, including food coupons, movie passes and more, will be awarded for the Top 3 teams and the halftime leader
• You will play 6 rounds of trivia, 2 are general knowledge and the other 4 are categories about a variety of topics from Movies to Geography to Historical Events. Examples include: Vikings Behaving Badly, Child Actors, Christmas Trees from Movies
• Throughout the night you’ll be working on an image round on the back of your sheet

Open to anyone in Lake County, Men, Age 18+ to play basketball pick up games. It's located in the Minnehaha Elementary School Gym. Organized by a community resident, to offer an affordable activity for men in the community. We ask for a suggested donation of $5 per night but don't let that stop you from playing. Current community sponsors include The City of Two Harbors, PureDriven, and some community residents. All skill levels welcome. Simply show up at the Minnehaha Elementary School gym at 7:15 pm every Tuesday night and join the fun. Please bring appropriate shoes for the gym floor.
