TimeEventDetails
2:00pm- 6:00pm

Spokengear location
Come join us for our Sunday Gravel ride and bonfire. Choose your own adventure and come hang out in the woods with us! If you want to ride far and fast, do that. If you want to ride slow, do that. If you want to ride a little way and hang out around a bonfire, do that too! If you want to do all three, I'm sure that can be arranged.

The group will leave from the shop shortly after the shop closes at 2pm. We will once again ride out as a group to the Drummond Grade. We will ride out to the Donald D. Ferguson Demonstration Forest and start a bonfire at the shelter. Feel free to bring snacks and hang out for a bit. Riders can choose to continue on and make up a loop or an out and back and meet back at the shelter to warm up and enjoy a bit of the fire before we head back to the shop.

All Riders, Bikes, and Abilities are welcome to join!

UK National Book Awards 2013 "Book of the Year" ?Fantasy of the very best.? ?Wall Street Journal "The Ocean at the End of the Lane," by Neil Gaiman ?A middle-aged man returns to his childhood home to attend a funeral. Although the house he lived in is long gone, he is drawn to the farm at the end of the road, where, when he was seven, he encountered a most remarkable girl, Lettie Hempstock, and her mother and grandmother. He hasn?t thought of Lettie in decades, and yet as he sits by the pond (a pond that she?d claimed was an ocean) behind the ramshackle old farmhouse where she once lived, the unremembered past comes flooding back. And it is a past too strange, too frightening, too dangerous to have happened to anyone, let alone a small boy.?

This will be an organizing meeting to discuss the forming a 501(c)3, pick a Board of Directors, grants and etc.

The Edna G is in danger of sinking into the lake in about the next two years if something isn?t done to raise her out water. The last meeting was about starting this non-profit called the Friends of the Edna G. The primary goal of the non-profit will be to help raise money through grants and fund raising to raise the Edna G out of the water. The money can be raised by grants, fund-raising event and asking for private donations. The Edna G is part of our heritage; she has been part of Two Harbor?s history since 1896 and has towed a lot boats in and out of our harbor. She does help the local economy because she is a tourist attraction and would be more of an attraction once she is out of the water. We need people of all ages and abilities to get involved in this project. You just need to care about the Edna G and want to save her from sinking..
